Processing Times

All our products are made to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be created before shipping.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days
Rural Delivery – May take an additional 1-2 business days  

Shipping Costs:

• Standard Shipping: $8
• Rural Delivery: $12

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping!

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or peak seasons.

Pre-Orders

If you’ve ordered a pre-order item, it will be shipped once available. Estimated dispatch times will be noted on the product page.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays once your order is with the courier. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to in the future!
